BROOKE FINALLY SNAPS AT BETHANY

Brooke Finally Calls Bethany Out

🔥 BROOKE FINALLY CALLS BETHANY OUT — THEN BETHANY ASKS LARRY THE QUESTION THAT SILENCES EVERYONE! 😳

THE ARGUMENT THAT WOULDN’T END

The house had been tense all morning.

Larry and Bethany had been going back and forth over the smallest things. Every conversation seemed to turn into another argument, and Brooke had reached the point where she couldn't take listening to it anymore.

Brooke stood nearby, watching her father try to keep his composure while Bethany continued pressing him for answers.

Bethany: “Larry, you act like everything I say embarrasses you. Is that really how you feel about me?”

Larry looked at her, clearly frustrated.

Larry: “Bethany, that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying we keep turning everything into an argument.”

Before Bethany could respond, Brooke finally stepped into the conversation.

BROOKE FINALLY SAYS WHAT EVERYONE WAS THINKING

Brooke: “Mom, can I ask you something?”

Bethany turned toward her.

Bethany: “What?”

Brooke took a breath before saying what had been on her mind for a long time.

Brooke: “Do you ever get tired of embarrassing Dad?”

The room suddenly went silent.

Bethany stared at Brooke as if she couldn't believe what she had just heard.

Bethany: “Excuse me? You think I'm embarrassing your father?”
Brooke: “I'm saying every time you two argue, Dad ends up looking like he has to defend himself over everything.”

Larry didn't say a word.

That silence made Bethany even more emotional.

BETHANY ASKS LARRY THE QUESTION SHE FEARS

Bethany slowly turned toward Larry.

Bethany: “Fine. Then tell me, Larry. Am I embarrassing to you?”

Larry rubbed his forehead.

Larry: “That's not what I said.”
Bethany: “But that's what you mean, isn't it?”

Larry looked at Brooke, then back at Bethany.

Larry: “Bethany, I'm tired of fighting. That's the truth.”

Bethany's expression changed.

She wasn't satisfied.

Bethany: “Then answer me honestly. Were you happier when I wasn't here?”
LARRY GOES COMPLETELY SILENT

The question hit the room like a bomb.

Brooke looked at her father.

Larry didn't immediately answer.

Bethany watched his face, waiting.

Bethany: “Why are you taking so long to answer? I asked you a simple question.”
Larry: “I was happier when the house was peaceful. That doesn't mean I was happier without you.”

Bethany looked hurt.

Bethany: “So I'm the reason the house isn't peaceful?”
Larry: “I didn't say that either.”

Brooke could see the argument getting worse, so she walked away.

But the tension wasn't over.

LARRY QUIETLY GOES INTO BROOKE'S ROOM

Later that afternoon, Larry remembered that he needed Brooke's car keys.

He didn't want to wake her because she had finally gone upstairs to rest after the stressful morning.

Larry quietly opened Brooke's bedroom door and stepped inside.

He looked around and spotted the keys near her nightstand.

He reached for them.

Then Brooke suddenly woke up.

Brooke: “Dad?! What are you doing in my room?”

Larry immediately turned around.

Larry: “I came to get your keys.”
Brooke: “You couldn't ask me?”
Larry: “You were asleep. I didn't want to bother you.”

Brooke sat up and looked suspiciously at him.

Brooke: “You sneaking into my room for keys after everything that happened this morning? That's weird, Dad.”

Larry shook his head.

Larry: “I'm not sneaking around. I just needed the keys.”
BETHANY WALKS IN AT THE WORST POSSIBLE MOMENT

Just as Larry was about to leave, Bethany appeared at the bedroom door.

She immediately noticed Larry holding Brooke's keys.

Bethany: “What's going on?”
Brooke: “Dad came in here while I was sleeping to take my keys.”

Bethany looked at Larry.

Bethany: “You couldn't even ask her?”
Larry: “Here we go again.”

Bethany crossed her arms.

Bethany: “No, Larry. I'm asking a normal question.”

Brooke suddenly realized what was happening.

Brooke: “This is exactly what I was talking about earlier.”

Both Larry and Bethany looked at her.

Brooke: “Everything turns into an argument. Dad can't say anything without somebody taking it personally.”
BROOKE DROPS THE TRUTH THAT SILENCES BOTH OF THEM

Bethany looked at Brooke, waiting for her to explain herself.

Bethany: “So what exactly do you want me to do?”

Brooke looked at both of them.

Brooke: “Stop asking Dad to prove that he loves you every time you two disagree.”

Larry's eyes widened.

Bethany didn't respond.

Brooke continued.

Brooke: “And Dad, you can't just disappear into my room and take my stuff without asking either. Both of you need to stop making everything bigger than it has to be.”

For the first time that day, neither Larry nor Bethany had a comeback.

Larry slowly handed Brooke the keys.

Larry: “Fair enough. I should've asked.”

Bethany looked at Larry, then at Brooke.

But before she walked away, she asked one final question.

Bethany: “Larry... after everything Brooke just said, do you really think we can fix this?”

Larry stared at her.

This time, he didn't answer immediately.

🔥 AND THAT SILENCE LEFT BROOKE WONDERING WHETHER HER PARENTS WERE FINALLY GOING TO FIX THEIR MARRIAGE — OR IF THIS WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING OF AN EVEN BIGGER FAMILY EXPLOSION... 😳
